Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit the request form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — email address, the service you selected, and any message you write. Phone and name are required; everything else is optional.
Site analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, general location (city-level, from IP), device type, and referral source. Analytics loads after you interact with the page (scroll, click, or a few seconds of dwell time), and Google sets its own cookies to do this. We do not run any advertising or retargeting pixels.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are sent by email to FortHouse Heating & Cooling's inbox so we can respond to your request. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and are not added to any mailing list unless you separately ask to be.
Analytics data is aggregate and used only to see which pages and content are useful to visitors — it is not tied back to an individual's contact information.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered by email through iCloud Mail (Apple) acting purely as the delivery service — the message content is not used by Apple for any purpose beyond transmission. Analytics data is processed by Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The only cookies set by this site come from Google Analytics, and only after you interact with the page. This site does not use its own tracking cookies, and does not run third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
Contact form submissions live in our email inbox for as long as normal business record-keeping requires. To request deletion of information you've submitted, email us at the address below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date below reflects the last update.
